Mobile Health Clinic provides professional home visit foot care services, including but not limited to nail cutting, corn and callus treatment, diabetic foot checks, and routine foot care. All services are delivered by qualified practitioners and are tailored to individual needs.
Appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.
Mobile Health Clinic reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to inform you as soon as possible.
Fees for services will be communicated at the time of booking. Payment is due as agreed, either at the time of the appointment or in advance depending on the service provided. We reserve the right to refuse future bookings if payment is not received.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding their health and any relevant medical conditions. Clients must ensure a safe and suitable environment for treatment during home visits. Mobile Health Clinic reserves the right to decline or discontinue treatment if conditions are unsafe.
Our practitioners follow professional hygiene and safety standards at all times. Treatment may be declined or postponed if it is deemed clinically inappropriate or unsafe. Where necessary, clients may be advised to seek further medical assessment from a GP or specialist.
Mobile Health Clinic will take all reasonable care in the delivery of its services. However, we cannot accept liability for issues arising from failure to follow aftercare advice, incomplete or inaccurate health information provided by the client, or pre existing or underlying medical conditions. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
